Project Details
We successfully delivered the full groundworks and construction package for the £11 million affordable housing development on Victoria Road, Portslade. Commissioned by Brighton & Hove City Council under the New Homes for Neighbourhoods programme, the project comprised 42 one, two, and three-bedroom flats adjacent to Portslade Town Hall.
Our work included comprehensive site preparation, foundations, drainage systems, and utility installations, providing a solid foundation for the construction of these sustainable homes. Designed with environmental responsibility in mind, the development features solar panels and ground source heat pumps, supporting the council’s goals of reducing carbon emissions and utility costs.
This project demonstrated our expertise in delivering high-quality groundworks that support sustainable housing developments and contribute to the success of affordable, energy-efficient living initiatives.
