At the Gateway development in Bexhill-on-Sea, Vistry Group is delivering a multi-phase residential project under its Bovis Homes, Linden Homes, and Countryside Homes brands. With 429 plots already underway across four active phases, this large-scale development holds significant potential for further growth.
As the appointed groundworks subcontractor, our responsibilities include foundation works, drainage systems, utility services, driveways, and private roads—all critical elements to support the site’s infrastructure. Additionally, we are supporting the installation of a district heating network, an integral part of the project’s sustainable energy strategy, ensuring long-term environmental efficiency for the development.
